Bez uszczerb­ku dla zadań, o któ­rych mowa w ust. 1, unij­ne struk­tu­ry wspar­cia te­sto­wa­nia AI za­pew­nia­ją rów­nież nie­za­leż­ne do­radz­two tech­nicz­ne lub na­uko­we na wnio­sek Rady ds. AI, Ko­mi­sji lub or­ga­nów nad­zo­ru rynku.
