Does vera[tag] guarantee compliance with the EU AI Act or platform policies?

No. vera[tag] is a technical solution for managing and displaying AI content disclosures. It can help teams implement disclosure workflows, but it does not provide legal advice, legal review, or a guarantee of compliance with the EU AI Act, social media platform policies, or other regulations.

How does vera[tag] protect customer data?

vera[tag] follows security best practices to protect customer data, including strong encryption, logical tenant separation, bot prevention, login and activity monitoring, PII deletion management, firewall protection, DDoS protection, and vulnerability scanning.

Which security certifications does vera[tag] have?

vera[tag] does not currently hold SOC, ISO, CSA STAR, or similar security certifications. We aim to pursue relevant certifications over time, including SOC, GDPR-aligned processes, ISO 27001, ISO 27017, and CSA STAR.

Can we customize disclosures across different channels?

Not currently. vera[tag] does not currently hold a certification confirming compliance with the EU AI Act or related disclosure obligations. We are building the product with compliance-oriented workflows in mind and use the European Commission’s final Code of Practice on Transparency of AI-Generated Content as a reference. The Code is voluntary and does not by itself guarantee compliance. We may pursue relevant independent assurance or certification as the product matures.

Not yet. The content on this page is for marketing purposes and explains the intended direction of vera[tag]. Not all integrations and workflows shown or described are currently available in the closed beta. At the moment, we offer a WordPress integration and integrations for major browsers, including Firefox, Chrome, Opera, and Edge. Because vera[tag] is still in closed beta, these integrations are not yet available through the official platform marketplaces.
