Introducing Kladero

AI is creating new opportunities for organizations, but also new technical, operational, and regulatory challenges. We founded Kladero to help organizations navigate both: turning new AI capabilities into useful products and workflows while managing the responsibilities that come with them.

Modern AI Systems and their Challenges

Recent advances in artificial intelligence (AI) have made new capabilities possible that, only a few years ago, were difficult, expensive, impractical to deploy, or simply difficult to imagine. Modern AI systems can now effectively work with a wide range of data types, from text and documents to images, video, and audio. Used well, these capabilities can help organizations improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, support planning and decision-making, and create better experiences for customers, employees, and other stakeholders.

At the same time, as AI moves from experimentation into normal business and everyday life, organizations must also deal with new and significant challenges. Questions around AI literacy, transparency, misinformation, accountability, and responsible use have become increasingly important, with recent regulations, such as the EU AI Act [1], increasing the pressure on organizations to address them.

Businesses and other organizations therefore face two closely connected challenges: how to make effective use of rapidly improving AI capabilities, and how to manage the risks, responsibilities, regulatory requirements, and organizational changes that come with them.

Introducing Kladero

We founded Kladero in the summer of 2026 to help organizations make effective use of new AI capabilities while also managing the risks, responsibilities, regulatory requirements, and organizational changes that come with them.

We work with organizations to identify where AI can create real value, build and implement the right solutions, and develop the knowledge, processes, and governance needed to use AI effectively and responsibly. Kladero brings together technical services, software products, training, and advisory support. Our areas of expertise include, but are not limited to:

  • AI-generated and AI-modified content disclosure. To support compliance with the transparency requirements of the EU AI Act and the specific disclosure rules of social media and other publishing platforms, we offer vera[tag], our best-in-class SaaS product for AI-content disclosure management and delivery.

vera[tag] combines ease of use with powerful features and works across websites, blogs, social media, and other publishing channels, helping enterprises, agencies, marketers, and content creators manage disclosures consistently and at scale.

Where an off-the-shelf product is not enough, we also build tailored disclosure solutions and provide consulting and training around disclosure strategies, workflows, and implementation.

  • AI solutions that improve how your organization works. We design and build AI systems for knowledge access, document processing, predictive analytics and forecasting, market and competitor intelligence, onboarding, image and video analysis, and other use cases where AI can reduce manual work, improve decisions, or create better user experiences.

  • Technical consulting for AI systems. We help organizations make the right technical choices when building or integrating AI. This includes system architecture, model and tool selection, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), agentic AI, machine-learning systems, data pipelines, integrations, security, and the path from prototype to production.

  • AI Act and AI governance consulting. We help organizations understand how regulatory requirements affect their AI systems and workflows, and turn those requirements into practical governance, documentation, controls, and implementation measures.

  • AI training and literacy. We train business, technical, and governance teams on AI literacy, effective use of generative AI, responsible AI practices, and AI Act-related requirements, with a focus on what people actually need to know and do in their day-to-day work.

How We Work

We approach AI from both a technical and organizational perspective. Depending on the problem, the right answer may be a software product, a custom-built system, an integration with existing tools, targeted consulting, or training.

Our role is to help organizations choose and apply the right combination, whether that means deploying a product such as vera[tag], developing a new AI-enabled workflow, improving an existing system, or preparing for new regulatory and operational requirements.

Looking Ahead

AI capabilities will continue to evolve, along with the ways organizations use them and the expectations placed on that use. Kladero will continue developing products, solutions, and expertise around both.

If your organization is exploring an AI use case, building an AI-enabled product, preparing for new regulatory or transparency requirements, or looking to improve how AI is used in everyday work, we would be glad to talk.
