1. Introduction
This document provides information about how Kladero GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “Kladero” or “we” or “us”) processes personal data relating to Kladero Platform Users (i.e., individuals who create an account for, access, or otherwise use the Kladero Platform) in connection with their use of vera[tag] through the vera[tag] Browser Extension or the vera[tag] Dashboard.
This Addendum specifically applies to the use of vera[tag] under a Kladero Product Customer's Plan (where “Kladero Product Customer” means any natural or legal person that enters into an agreement with Kladero concerning access to a Kladero product). Accordingly, this Addendum applies to Kladero Platform Users who are also Customer Personnel and Users of that Kladero Product Customer (i.e., individuals who represent or work for that Kladero Product Customer, including contact persons, authorized representatives, account administrators, billing contacts, and authorized users of Kladero products or services).
This document constitutes an addendum to the Privacy Policy for Kladero Platform and provides additional information about processing activities specific to vera[tag]. For comprehensive information about how Kladero processes personal data relating to Kladero Platform Users, please refer to the Privacy Policy for Kladero Platform, which remains applicable.
This Addendum concerns processing activities for which Kladero acts as controller and determines the purposes and means of processing personal data relating to Kladero Platform Users. Where Kladero processes personal data on behalf of a Kladero Product Customer, including personal data contained in website content registered or managed through vera[tag], Kladero acts as processor on the Kladero Product Customer's instructions. Such processing is governed by the applicable agreement with the Kladero Product Customer and data processing arrangements, rather than by this Addendum.
2. Additional personal data
In addition to the categories of personal data described in the Privacy Policy for Kladero Platform, we may process the following category of personal data in connection with the vera[tag] Browser Extension:

The categories defined in the Privacy Policy for Kladero Platform, including Account data, Platform interaction and functional usage data, Session and security identifier data, Cookie and similar-technology data, Network and connection data, and Request and server-log data, retain the same meanings when used in this Addendum.
3. Additional processing activities
The following processing activities supplement those described in the Privacy Policy for Kladero Platform. The personal-data categories and legal-basis labels used below have the same meanings as in that Privacy Policy.
3.1 vera[tag] Browser Extension — Website check
3.1.1 Scope
The vera[tag] Browser Extension checks whether the current website is registered with vera[tag] and whether the corresponding functions are available. The check uses the website hostname or URL. Kladero does not maintain a separate history of the websites checked or the results of these checks.
3.1.2 Processed personal data, purposes, and legal basis

Our Legitimate Interests are to provide vera[tag] functions authorized by the relevant Kladero Product Customer to Kladero Platform Users, verify website eligibility and available channel access, and ensure that vera[tag] functions are available only in the relevant Kladero Product Customer context.
3.2 vera[tag] Browser Extension — Sign-in
3.2.1 Scope
When you select the sign-in function in the vera[tag] Browser Extension, the Browser Extension opens the Kladero authentication platform and passes the current page URL as redirect information so that you can return to that page after authentication. The authentication process itself is also described in the Privacy Policy for Kladero Platform.
3.2.2 Processed personal data, purposes, and legal basis

Our Legitimate Interests are to enable Kladero Platform Users to sign in to vera[tag] on behalf of a Kladero Product Customer and return to the website from which the sign-in process was initiated.
3.3 vera[tag] Dashboard — Access and use
3.3.1 Scope
This section applies when Kladero Platform Users access the vera[tag] Dashboard through their Kladero Platform Account, use assigned channels and permissions, and submit requests through the Dashboard.

4. Additional retention information
Browser navigation data is processed for the relevant website check or sign-in redirect. Kladero does not maintain a separate history of websites checked by the vera[tag] Browser Extension. Where Browser navigation data forms part of ordinary authentication records or technical logs, the applicable retention periods described in the Privacy Policy for Kladero Platform apply.
